The AI Business Coach connects directly to your live Pulse data — member records, billing, class bookings, equipment logs, and financial reports. It runs 12 analysis types on a nightly cycle and surfaces the highest-priority insights on your dashboard each morning. You can also ask it anything in plain English via the chat interface and receive data-backed answers specific to your gym.
Available on Growth ($199/mo) and Pro ($349/mo) plans. Pro plan unlocks all 12 insight types and natural language querying.
All plans. Equipment tracking must be set up (takes approximately 20 minutes for a full gym).
Group-level dashboard is visible to the account owner and any users with "Group Admin" permission. Individual site managers see their site only. Group Admin access can be granted without sharing financial data across sites.
Pro plan ($349/mo) — operators with 2 or more gym locations. Single-site owners see their existing individual dashboard.
Grow and Pro plans. Core plan shows churn rate metrics but not individual risk scores.
The member app will be included on every plan at no extra cost. A fully white-labelled edition (your gym's own App Store listing) will follow as an optional add-on.
Failed payments are the leading cause of involuntary churn — members who intended to stay but lost access due to a billing failure. For a gym with 500 members and 3% monthly failed payment rate, reducing that by 22% saves approximately $2,900/month in recovered revenue. No action required from gym owners — improvements apply automatically to all Stripe-connected accounts.
All plans using Stripe as the payment processor (default for all new Pulse accounts).
Xero sync is in public beta — fully functional but we recommend reviewing the first two weeks of synced transactions with your accountant to confirm chart of accounts mapping is correct for your business. Beta users receive priority support and early access to MYOB integration (coming Q2 2026).
Growth and Pro plans. Setup takes approximately 15 minutes via Settings → Integrations → Xero. Requires a Xero account (any plan).
