Which plan should I pick?

Core if you want the day-to-day (members, classes, payments, bookings) to run itself, with AI churn prediction included. Grow if you're actively filling classes and marketing: it adds the AI marketing suite, automated win-back, NPS surveys and the Gym Owner Playbook. Pro if you run on the numbers and want the whole team trained to sell: Xero sync, the open API, custom reports, the Sales Academy with AI practice calls and Member Progress tracking. Most gyms choose Grow.

How do you count active members?

An active member is anyone with a current membership. Cancelled members, expired trials, and inactive profiles never count toward your allowance.

What happens when I grow past my included members?

Capacity adds automatically at $49/mo per extra 100 active members, and drops off automatically when your count falls back. A 650-member gym on Grow pays $349 + $49. You'll never be locked out, blocked from adding a member, or forced onto a bigger plan.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

Prices are ex-GST (GST is added at checkout, and your tax invoices show it separately, ready for your BAS).

What are the payment processing rates?

Payments run on Stripe. You pay Stripe's published processing rates (currently 1.7% + 30c domestic cards; BECS bank direct debit 1% + 30c, capped at $3.50) plus VERVE's platform fee of 0.8% on member billing. VERVE never marks up Stripe's processing. No monthly gateway fee, no minimums, and failed-payment recovery is included on every plan.

What if I'm switching from another platform?

Our team migrates your members, plans, billing schedules and history for you: $990 one-off, waived when you choose annual billing, and free with a qualifying VERVE Fitness gym fit-out. Most data migrations complete within 48 hours with zero downtime.

Is there really no contract?

Really. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Annual billing gets you 2 months free and runs to the end of the year you have paid for.
