How do you count active members?
An active member is anyone with a current membership or who has checked in within the last 90 days. Cancelled members, expired trials, and inactive profiles don't count toward your limit.
What happens if I go over my member limit?
We'll give you a heads up as you approach your limit. If you go over, you simply move to the next tier — no disruption, no penalty. Your gym keeps running.
Do all plans really include 75+ features?
Yes. Every gym on Pulse gets the full platform — AI retention engine, marketing suite, equipment tracking, custom reports, API access, and more. We also offer optional premium add-ons for SMS packs, access control, a branded member app, and multi-site management. No features are gated behind expensive tiers.
Are there any per-member fees or hidden charges?
No per-member fees, no transaction fees, no hidden charges. Your base plan includes 75+ features. We offer four optional premium add-ons (SMS packs, access control, branded app, multi-site) for gyms that need them — but they're entirely optional and clearly priced. 500 SMS are included free with every plan.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, anytime. Switch to annual to save 20%. If you're on annual and want to switch to monthly, the change takes effect at your next renewal.
What if I'm switching from another platform?
We'll migrate your data for free — members, billing history, schedules, everything. Most migrations are completed within 48 hours with zero downtime for your gym.
Is there really no contract?
Really. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Annual plans get 20% off but you can still cancel — we'll prorate a refund for unused months. We earn your business every single month.
