• Member data: Information about your gym members that you enter into Pulse (names, contact details, membership plans, attendance records, payment history)
• Payment information: Billing details processed through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers)
• Usage data: How you interact with the Pulse platform, features used, pages visited
• Equipment data: Information about gym equipment entered into the equipment tracking module
• Communications: Messages you send us through the contact form, email, or support channels

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Pulse platform
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Power AI features including churn prediction, content generation, and business coaching
• Send you service-related communications (account updates, security alerts, feature announcements)

All data is stored in Australian data centres (AWS Sydney region). We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• AES-256 encryption for data at rest and in transit
• Hosting on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure providers (Supabase and Vercel)
• PCI DSS compliance for payment processing (via Stripe)
• Role-based access controls

Your members' data is hosted in Australian data centres (AWS Sydney).

5. AI and Machine Learning

Pulse uses AI to provide features like churn prediction, content generation, and business recommendations. Your data is used to train models specific to your gym only. We do not use your data to train shared or third-party AI models. You can opt out of AI features at any time through your account settings.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

• Service providers: Companies that help us operate Pulse (e.g., Stripe for payments, AWS for hosting)
• Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with prior notice)

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to:
